Our Mission:

To provide an atmosphere for recovery and well being for those with a mental illness, to foster employment opportunities, to educate the public about mental illness and to eliminate stigma.

The artists and clients of the Kenneth Young Center welcome you. All of our cards are handcrafted and use original art created by consumers with mental illness. For more information on the Kenneth Young Center, visit www.kennethyoung.org.

How we got started: The card project developed from a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program art group at the Kenneth Young Center and Community Council with consumers who want to build their own business. Someone came up with the idea and we ran with it. We would like to one day become a non-profit business of developing original arts and crafts into specialized greeting cards and beyond. We are very excited, as consumers with mentall illness, to be creating this project.. We hope to have fun, create, and spread the dream of recovery to those suffering with mental illness.
